Located in Pagham, near Bognor Regis, Kingfisher Manor is a luxury care home from Morar Living, designed to provide residents with exceptional care alongside a vibrant, engaging lifestyle. Set across three floors, the home offers a wide range of premium facilities, including a cinema room, tea room, sensory room, private dining room, landscaped gardens, and the welcoming Kingfisher Bar & Bistro.
With a strong focus on comfort, independence, and community, every area has been designed to feel inviting and homely whilst supporting the diverse needs of residents. We were proud to contribute to the interiors, supplying a carefully selected range of contract furniture and specialist bespoke products across key areas of the home.

Project Details
We supplied furniture across a selection of communal spaces, dining areas, lounges, and bedrooms. The reception area was given a distinctive focal point with a Bespoke Tallulah Round Ottoman, upholstered in Panaz Noble 404 Henna and designed with an artificial wisteria tree positioned at its centre. This statement piece creates an immediate sense of warmth and character as residents and visitors enter the home, combining practical seating with an eye-catching decorative feature.
Across the lounges, we supplied a selection of comfortable seating to create distinct areas for relaxation and social interaction. Hannah High and Mid Back Chairs came in a Wenge wood shade and featured Agua Eden Cream fabric with Panaz Luxe Ocean piping, whilst Mia Chairs came in a richer Tobacco Walnut wood shade. Roxy 2 Seater Sofas in Panaz Luxe Ocean completed the selection, giving residents a choice of supportive and relaxed seating.
For the bedrooms, Cube Footstools in an Opera Walnut wood shade featured Panaz Luxe Stone piping, whilst Amanda and Hayden High Back Chairs were upholstered in Panaz Luxe Bordeaux, providing comfortable seating with a refined appearance. In the lobby bar, we provided Ruby Club Chairs and Hampstead Tub Chairs. These were paired with Axel Circular Dining Tables, as well as bespoke bench seating with a fluted back, which added another tailored element and provided generous seating for informal gatherings.
Finally, the dining areas featured Stylo Square and Circular Dining Tables in a Wenge wood shade. These were paired with Lola Dining Chairs which were upholstered in a selection of fabrics, including Edmund Bell Habitat 23 Nutmeg, Agua Taurus Chocolate, ILIV Solar Dijon, and Panaz Luxe Mink. Bespoke Bench Seating with a diamond-sewn buttoned back, upholstered in Agua Taurus Tan, added a luxurious finishing touch.

From the striking bespoke tree seating in reception to the comfortable lounges, dining areas, and bedrooms, our contribution to Kingfisher Manor demonstrates how carefully selected furniture can enhance a premium care setting. The combination of contract-grade construction, specialist upholstery, and bespoke design details ensure that the furniture can handle everyday use whilst maintaining exceptional style and providing a welcoming feel that’s expected from a Morar Living environment.

The bespoke Tallulah Ottoman with its central artificial wisteria tree is a particular highlight of the project, creating a memorable focal point that brings character and a sense of nature into the reception. Meanwhile, the bespoke bench seating, buttoned details, varied upholstery, and carefully selected wood finishes throughout the home further demonstrate our ability to provide bespoke furniture that’s both practical and unique. The overall result is an environment that supports the way residents live, socialise, dine, relax, and entertain, with comfort and performance considered alongside the overall interior design scheme.
