Located in Leeds, Adel Square Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built facility developed by North Bay Developments, a company dedicated to delivering energy-efficient luxury care homes and later living accommodation across the UK. Built on a brownfield site and spanning approximately 0.4 hectares, the home has been designed with environmental responsibility in mind, featuring air-source heat pumps and solar PV panels.
With the goal of providing high-quality residential, dementia, and respite care, the home has been thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, independence, and community. We were proud to support this project with a full fit-out, delivering a wide range of standard and bespoke products that provided exceptional style and met the needs of residents and staff.

Project Details
Working closely with North Bay Developments, we provided furniture across bedrooms, lounges, and dining rooms, as well as the reception, games room, and library. The project placed a strong demand on bespoke furniture solutions so that the furniture not only complemented each room’s interior design style but was also able to meet the practical needs of a modern care environment.
For the bedrooms, we supplied a range of bespoke storage and seating designed to balance comfort with performance. This included Madison Double Wardrobes and bedside tables in a combination of Mountain Oak and Mussel wood shades, alongside Lancaster High Back Chairs upholstered in ILIV Lismore Sand with Panaz Brookland piping. Additional seating came in the form of Bespoke Antonia Chairs, featuring Edinburgh Weavers Adrianne Navy backs and ILIV Lismore Sand seats, whilst Lipped Overbed Tables with castors provided practical, easy-to-use surfaces for residents.
The reception area was designed to make a strong first impression, featuring bespoke Camden Tub Chairs with arm tops in ILIV Lismore Toffee and Kai Karlson Russet upholstery, paired with Attica Coffee Tables and Finley Bar Stools. In the main lounge on the first floor, our furniture helped to create a comfortable and stylish environment that provided a variety of seating options, including Hannah, Pandora, and Oskar High Back Chairs, all in ash walnut finishes with coordinated ILIV Saddle Matt fabrics. These were complemented by Hayden Mid Back 2 Seater Sofas in Agua Parody Weave Olive and matching Hayden Footstools, offering support for tired feet.
The dining areas were also furnished with a blend of bespoke and standard items. Bespoke Ivy Dining Chairs with chrome studs in Panaz Aston Cactus fabrics provided both comfort and visual interest, whilst Primo Square Dining Tables and Gino Rectangular Double Pedestal Tables in truffle oak finishes added further variety to suit different group sizes and dining preferences. Finally, the games room featured Noah Chairs in wenge wood finishes and ILIV Lismore Carbon seats, and the library was fitted with bespoke Silverdale High Back Chairs With Wings and brass castor legs, all helping contribute towards more relaxed atmospheres.
