Treasure Court, Burnham-on-Sea
Barons has once again partnered with Housing 21, this time at Treasure Court, a beautifully situated retirement housing scheme in the small seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea. Treasure Court offers self-contained apartments for senior residents along with a range of on-site communal facilities to encourage socialising, wellbeing, and create a strong sense of community.
Barons was selected to furnish both the communal lounge, office and guest bedrooms, helping to revitalise these rooms with practical and stylish furniture. We worked closely with Housing 21 to make sure each piece suited their design vision and catered to the needs of the residents.

Project Details
Treasure Court needed high-quality furniture for the office, lounge, and guest bedrooms. These pieces had to enhance the visual appeal of each room and also offer the long-lasting comfort and functionality needed for everyday use.
For the office area, Barons provided Lola Dining Chairs in a mixture of warm-toned ILIV Luxe Elm and Panaz Summit Sage fabrics. This colour scheme was further complemented by a natural oak wood shade, which made the chairs look even more elegant and inviting.
For the lounge, Roxy Chairs, including a 2-seater sofa, were chosen with matching upholstery that helped them blend in well with the office furniture. More Lola Dining Chairs were provided, this time being upholstered in other warm Panaz and ILIV fabrics like Summit Cayenne and Velvet Cinnamon, helping reinforce Treasure Court’s calm and pleasant design.
The bedrooms were furnished with stylish Molly Side Chairs and Victoria Headboards with contrasting buttons for extra depth, and one of the guest bedrooms was also fitted with a comfortable Sandringham 4 ft Drawer Bed.
“I cannot tell you how thrilled I was today with everything! Ian, Steve and Ryan arrived before me (I was there at 8.30 am ) and had already got all the furniture out. They were amazing! The furniture looked absolutely gorgeous! The residents were saying things like ‘I could live in this lounge’ and ‘we don’t deserve this'”.

Completion & Feedback
The completion of Treasure Court marked the successful transformation of its bedrooms and communal lounge into warm, welcoming environments that offer exceptional comfort, style, and quality.
