As we are all too aware, the pandemic has been an incredibly challenging period for providers in the elderly care sector, and for residents and families across the UK. The sector has faced unprecedented pressure and has shown amazing levels of resilience as it fought to ensure that the elderly care population received safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care with many frustrating barriers to these goals. However, as the all-important Government restrictions begin to loosen, it’s time to cautiously move ahead.
With safety as the top priority, Caring UK events are back this summer with regional events taking place across the country from August to December 2021. On 25th August, the beautiful city of York will have the honour of hosting the first 2021 Caring UK event and we can’t wait!
Barons will be represented at all of the events, which are always enlightening and a lot of fun at the same time.
