For this project, we completed a lounge refurbishment for a property owned by McCarthy Stone, Benedict Court. The Barons team completely transformed their interiors, let’s take a closer look at how we did it…

Project Details

Residents wanted an elegant ‘country house hotel’ feel to their new lounge, so Barons suggested accenting the scheme with striking classical print Nina from the Panaz Woolton range, printed on a linen effect base cloth. Panaz Marna - a soft grey faux linen cloth made up the main body of the chair and a deeper grey contrast piping was added to give the plainer chairs greater depth and texture.

The furniture needed to be kept in lighter shades to stand out from the darker navy carpet and the colours in the contrast Nina print perfectly echoed the prominent Navy and flecks of beige, cream, and oyster on the dobby motifs of the carpet.

Residents opted for Barons’ Ohio tubs, Camden mid backs, Camden tubs and Clover side chairs for their new furniture. Choices that clearly proved to be the right ones.

We think our team perfectly captured the residents’ vision and we were more than excited to show them their brand-new lounge area.

Completion & Feedback

The residents were delighted with the result and commented positively about the relaxed ‘classic contemporary’ feel to their lounge and felt that more residents would make use of the lounge and want to spend more time there.

A considerable success for the Barons’ team.
