Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme that gives protection against a wide variety of the most common cyber attacks. The scheme helps organisations such as Barons to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data stored on all the devices that are connected to the internet, including PCs, smartphones, tablets, and all server equipment.
Why Cyber Essentials?
By working with Impact Computing, Barons Furniture has quickly, and cost effectively, gained Cyber Essentials accreditation, giving both clients and suppliers confidence that Barons has an invested commitment to secure their IT and data against a cyber attack.
As well as testing IT systems, Impact Computing has worked with Barons’ employees to educate them on the importance of being cyber aware. Impact Computing has ensured that Barons’ business IT systems are fully compliant with the scheme’s certification.
